As for the 25MW CHP gas power plant, all legal licenses and permissions are obtained from the Ministry of Power and Ministry of Mining & Industry to construct the plant in the land already purchased in Semnan province. Having signed the gas feed contract with the government, the electricity purchase guarantee contract is being negotiated to sign with the Ministry of Power. The project is valued USD $15,000,000.
